1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IntentCue ("Service"), operated by YD Trend LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

IntentCue is a digital marketing platform that provides link-in-bio tools, visitor tracking, and contact management features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid Plans: Some features are available only with a paid subscription (e.g., Pro Plan). You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and automatically renew unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you post (links, images, text). By posting content, you grant us a license to host and display it. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Impersonate others or provide false information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YD Trend LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YD TREND LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL YD TREND LLC, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
